We provide PC troubleshooting, Operating System installation, dust cleaning, and cable management with a small fee.

We also provide Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)/ Warranty and 1-1 exchange within 14 days from date of purchase if hardware issues persist.*

*Free troubleshooting is only for full PC set bought from Jawecom. Offer voids once item inside the PC mixed with parts outside Jawecom.
*Operating System reinstallation can be redeemed when customers happened to encounter software error. It can be only redeemed once.
*For RMA, customers need to come to us and bring the receipt and original box to proceed with RMA, if the product warranty is still valid.
* Customers need to bring their PC back to Jawecom for any after-sales services.
